A reflective trip to Taiwan inspired the illustrations and the book. The photos were taken by a Polaroid camera and are of various locations in Taipei that were once part of my childhood life. The digital illustrations juxtapose against the photos with a dream-like style. The written contents are journal entries written over a span of a couple months. Each entry signifies emotional growth and discovery, and the book summarizes a chapter of my life.
